1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the SoloStart AI platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), including any future updates or modifications. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. User Content and Usage

• Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or otherwise make available on the Platform (“User Content”). SoloStart AI does not claim ownership of your User Content.
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences of sharing or publishing it. SoloStart AI does not endorse any User Content or any opinions, recommendations, or advice expressed therein.
• Rights You Grant to SoloStart AI: By creating, uploading, or sharing User Content on the Platform, you grant SoloStart AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute such content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Platform and its functionalities. This license does not extend to using your content for marketing or promotional purposes and continues even if you stop using our services.
• Content Usage: You may use generated content for personal or business purposes. However, you are prohibited from reselling individual elements resulting from content creation.

3. Account Access and Features

• Login Requirement: You must be logged in to create content on the Platform. Currently, only Email login is supported.

4. Data Collection for AI Improvement

• Data Collection: As part of our service improvement, data you submit (including selected text and headers) may be used to improve our AI model.

• Protection of Your Content: While SoloStart AI may collect input data for improvement, it is anonymized, ensuring your content remains private. SoloStart AI does not store or use your data for generating content for other users.

5. Eligibility and Usage Limits

• Eligibility: To use the Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you must have parental or legal guardian permission.

• Usage Limits: SoloStart AI may establish limits on Platform usage without notice, including content retention periods, storage size, and access limits.
